Our mission is to create programming aimed at mentoring youth while simultaneously providing meaningful experiences for our giving partners.
We draw our inspiration for the Constance Sithole Scholarship Fund from Ms. Constance Sithole (1946 - 2013), teacher, community leader, and late mother of the co-founder of PiTaV, Inc. Raised by a teacher, Constance Sithole recognized the importance of the formal education system early on, and she, too, trained as a teacher.
She continued to study even as she got older in order to match her knowledge with the changing standards. It is this commitment to excellence, dedication to her students, and to PiTaV, Inc., that motivated the naming of the scholarship in her honor.

Our baseball program began when a teacher at Glen View no 1 Primary school asked PiTaV, Inc. to sponsor a baseball training camp. The teacher's vision was for a unique and challenging program for the students. With the help of the Rotary Club, we began the program in 2019. In 2023, we extended our program to serve youth housed in a refugee camp in Zimbabwe. With your support, we toured the the camp, left donated equipment and began coaching immediately.

We are also on a mission to support children who may be experiencing homelessness. Traditionally, our partnership has been with students living with grandparents. A sanctuary for youth who have lost touch with their families is under construction. It offers healing through connection with nature.
